Congratulations On Your Upcoming Wedding!
We look forward to helping you plan your wedding ceremony at St. Lucas United Church of Christ. When planning your wedding, we try to help you design a service that reflects who you are together and expresses your love for each. And while the wedding ceremony is used to meet the legal marriage requirements of the State of Missouri, we believe it is a sacred event, a service of worship where God is asked to be present and to bless you and your families & friends as you set the tone for your future together in a committed relationship.
In order to be married at St. Lucas United Church of Christ, you must first be a member – or have a close familial tie who is a member of St. Lucas. (Parent, grandparent, aunt/uncle or sibling) The second thing you will need to do is contact Cyndy Wrobel in the Church Office (314-843-2100), to verify Sanctuary availability. If your requested day is available, you will be sent a Wedding Booklet and a Building Use Agreement/Wedding Contract which must be completed and returned to the office along with a $200.00 deposit (Building Use Fee). Receipt of the contract and your deposit in our office confirms your wedding date in our Sanctuary.
Shortly thereafter, a wedding planning form which you will need to complete and return to our Wedding Coordinator, Leila Lichtenstein. When a minister is assigned, he or she will contact you about arranging premarital consultations.

St. Lucas United Church of Christ Wedding Fees Building Use Fee - $200.00 Minister - $250.00 Wedding Coordinator - $200.00 Church Musician (Organist) - $200.00* Custodian - $150.00 *Additional rehearsals with soloist or other musicians are $50.00 each.
