2017 Mission Schedule

On the second Sunday of each month, the Mission Moment is presented in church. Offering envelopes for these benevolences can be found in your offering envelope packets, or you may use a pew envelope noting on it to which benevolence the offering should be sent.

Camp Mo-Val is a camp and retreat center located several miles west of Union, Missouri.  Run by the Missouri Mid-South Conference, Camp Mo-Val serves hundreds of campers and families each year. Camp Mo-Val consists of 280 acres that includes a lake, streams, native prairie and forest land. 


The Camp-Mo Val facilities includes:

Dining and meeting hall
Four lakeside cabins
Two retreat lodges
Two rustic camping villages
High and low rope courses
Boat and fishing dock
Game and archery fields
Hiking Trails
And more


Camp Mo-Val has four goals for each camper

Spiritual Growth - Assist each camper in his or her own spiritual growth and development

Creation - Help each camper appreciate their natural surroundings, conserve and protect the environment

Discovery – Provide experience for each camper to set goals and challenge him/herself while discover new skills and abilities

Community – Provide opportunities for each camper to live and participate in group living and be a part of a healthy, active community


The Camp Curriculum for 2016 is:

Fearless Faith: Courage in Community

The focus on 2016 will be on scriptures that deal with Christian community.
