Social Justice Ministry

The Social Justice ministry exists to follow the call of Jesus by actively addressing injustice, advocating for the marginalized, and partnering with our community to build a world that reflects God’s love, equity, and peace.


  • Recognize and reduce bias related to gender, national origin, skin color, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, wealth, and religion.
  • Promote legal, economic, and social equality.
  • Recognize the historical and ongoing role of immigrants and their contribution to American culture.
  • Be proactive in sharing these growing understanding with the congregation and the wider community, which is in keep with the mission of the UCC.
